Alignment of the KPNC and WHO HEARTS technical packages with the Hypertension Treatment in Nigeria Program Implementation Package. The HTN Program implementation package is developed from the Kaiser Permanente Northern California and WHO HEARTS technical packages. Each component of the HTN Program implementation package is developed and deployed at different levels of the health system in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
