PREVENT multi-tiered facilitation. To support the delivery of the PREVENT intervention components (e.g., quality of care reporting system/audit and feedback, quality improvement support, clinical programs), feedback loops emerged between the mostly behind the scenes work by the Data and Implementation Cores and the site-facing work of the QI nurse and QI physician. This coordinated effort to monitor and make sense of site progress resulted in a multi-tiered EF system
