INOVATING 5 phase program plan. The INOVATING program takes place across 5 phases. To date, phases 1–3 are complete, and this proposed protocol outlines the efforts in the evaluation of implementation and effectiveness at LMIC sites. The goal of phase 4 is to create an informed implementation roadmap for novel therapies as phase 5 that can be used to scale out this program to future LMIC sites.
